Beautiful Private Ocean Home with Private Pool, Yard & 24hr Gated Security. Accommodations for 2 People ONLY & NO Animals Permitted. Kitchen, Queen Bedroom, Living Room Sofa, Air-Condition, Full Bathroom, Private Pool, Very Quiet, Very Private & Cozy. Coffee, tea, sugar, Microwave, Stove, Fridge. The back yard with pool is private for you. Secure parking garage. Check-in is at 3pm & Check-out is at 11am. 20 minute walk or a 10 min. drive to the Best Beaches close by (La Boquita), with restaurants on the beach catering to you.

We are 10 minute drive to the downtown area with everything accessible from drug stores, Office Depot, Drug Store, Walmart, Home Depot, hospitals & restaurants, beaches and whatever you need. There are beautiful hiking trails up the mountains on location with magnificent views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean crashing on the mountain rocks as well 2 abandoned houses that are easy hikes. There are many taxis, bus & car rental. We are happy to help you in any way we can with free secure parking on location.
