This property has three studio serviced apartments, it is situated in the downtown area, just .9 miles (18 min walk/10 local blocks) from Merida's central square. All units are located on the first floor. The common areas to share with two more similar units are the entrance lobby, plunge pool, and patio of the property where the apartments are located. Each unit has an equipped kitchenette, flat TV, Netflix, high-speed internet, etc. Crib and iron upon request. Free street parking in front of the property.

Neighborhood info

Merida is one of the safest cities in Mexico, the neighborhood is at the same time one of the safest in the city, it's also very relaxed. There is convenience and liquor stores just about 20 meters away. There is also a 24 hour store (Oxxo) about 5 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood also has a market, drugstores and more, all walking distance. Easy to access by car, just driving along 59th street from the main square. Also accessible by several bus routes.
