Kick back and relax in this calm, brutalist space. Located on the ocean side of Las Playitas, walk out of the property and down to the beach in 4 min, well furnished interior, king size memory foam mattress, super fast wifi, A/C, TV, outdoor shower, romantic rooftop, sun chairs & more! Located on Las Playitas...avoid all dirt roads! Covered parking, cell booster for strong phone calls, well stocked kitchen, designer finishes, custom barn doors, blackout curtains & screen doors, ocean views
