Luxury apartment in the Best location of La Paz. From the pictures, you can appreciate the highest quality and the elegant stile of it, but you will have more. During your stay, our staff will take care of the cleaning, ironing, and if you like, also cook for you. She will be at your disposal every day ( Mon - Fri: 9AM to 2PM & Sat -Sun: 9 - 12). 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 2 living rooms 2 terrace 1 swimming pool 1 parking Mininum stay: 3 nights. I live in Italy, but I also spend few months a year in La Paz (Mexico). Considering that I cannot enjoy as much as I would like my apartment in La Paz, I decided to renting it, starting from September 2022. In Italy I live in Venice area and also in Milano, where my business is based.
The apartment is located in the most prestigious structure (Vista Coral) in La Paz. From the property, you can access directly to the beutiful "Marina Cortez", and enjoy the multitude restaurants and bars. Without need to take a car, you can enjoy a nice and safe walk on the "Malicon", where the city lives with numerous restaurants, bars, clubs and many events. In the property, you will have your reserved parking space in covered garage, with "security" 24/7. If you don't like to drive, in front of the building, there is a TAXI stop or you can enjoy a nice walk on the Malicon or to the City center.
