This beautiful new spacious 1BR/1BA upper floor suite is perfect for a romantic vacation in Tulum! - This condo is the ideal place for a getaway with a private rooftop, sofa seating under a pergola shaded area - The bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, ample closet space and natural decor - An equipped kitchenette for prepping simple meals at home - A lovely marble dining table for sit-down meals - A comfortable open living area w/ a cozy couch and flatscreen TV - A king-sized bedroom & full bathroom, perfect for a couple’s getaway This condo inside between the beach and town’s beautiful residential community is a sanctuary in a tropical oasis surrounded by jungle but with all the luxurious modern amenities. *Please take note: This location is currently under development and until further notice, there is construction taking place nearby and noise must be expected from Monday to Saturday. **Please note that the cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.** For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit is: 700 USD. Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
