Property info

Located 20 minutes from the charming town of Rocky Point, our two-story, two-bedroom villa is on Playa Encanto - the perfect beach for families. You and/or your children will spend hours upon hours playing on miles of unspoiled sandy beach (no coral). Our two-story villa sits directly on Playa Encanto, so nothing blocks your view. It is a beautifully decorated, beach front property. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, bathroom and private balcony with ocean views. The other bedroom has two full beds and a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. The villa sits within a complex called Paradise Villas, which is made up of only 24 villas. Our villa is number 22, so it is near the end of the complex, making it even more serene and peaceful. There is also a swimming pool. Sheets provided of course.
