Jesús Ángel, the manager, is an incredible host; he's always on top of everything and makes you feel at home. Jesús Ángel truly enjoys meeting people from other parts of Mexico and other countries. He worked on cruise ships for many years and has visited many interesting countries and people. The main house is spacious, with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The back garden is breathtaking: lush trees, colorful flowers, a peaceful pond with fish, and a refreshing pool with a rustic pitcher fountain that makes you feel instantly relaxed. There are several communal spaces — a meditation palapa with hammocks, another palapa where breakfast and coffee are served, and outdoor tables shaded by trees where you can enjoy the calm atmosphere. There are 4 suites in the back house are perfect for families or groups. Each one has a kitchen, bathroom, and beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. The lovely touch of traditional hammocks in every bedroom makes it feel like living the true Yucatecan way. Every space feels private yet connected to nature. What really makes La Casa del Árbol special is the feeling of home. It’s not just a place to sleep — it’s a place where you slow down, breathe, and connect. The bicycles available for rent makes exploring Valladolid even better.
