Welcome to Pied à Terre at Casitas Aparicio, a secure compound of five quaint newly remodeled casitas situated in a terraced garden setting, each with a private outdoor area and common area view deck featuring comfortable seating, a fireplace, a barbeque area, and beautiful views of Northern San Miguel. The property offers secure card access to the front gate, key access to the casitas, video doorbells for your visitors and delivery, and security cameras set up in the public areas around the property for your ease of mind. Casitas Aparicio is available for daily and weekly rentals. Units include all furnishings with a fully equipped kitchen, heating, and a water filtration system throughout the home, allowing you to drink and shower in purified water. Petra, our manager will help you settle into your private space so that you can get maximum enjoyment during you stay. Cristina, our housekeeper will make sure that you have what you need to make your stay comfortable.

Our secure compound is a quiet oasis located in the very heart of San Miguel's historic Centro and less than 10 minutes walk to the main plaza, El Jardín. The Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel is located just a 5-minute walk to the center of town, while the surrounding restaurants, bars, butcher, fruit and vegetable markets, and shops are 2-10 minutes away depending on where you want to go. The area is very safe and quiet. Your neighbors consist mostly or friendly locals, families, and retirees.
