We love spending our days at the beach with our dogs when we are not working around the property. We enjoy meeting new people and having fun.

Property info

Our property is located in the perfect spot across the street from the beach. We are on the main road that comes into the city from the USA so we are very easy to get to. Because we love to entertain we have furnished the house to do so. Whether you want to play pool or darts or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or around a fire we have almost everything. We have been working on our gardens and our plan is to grow as much of our own produce as possible. We strive to keep our home clean and tidy and provide the best service we can. If you need any advice about the city we are happy to provide our knowledge. If you want to enjoy an evening out taxis are very inexpensive to get a safe ride home. We have secure parking so you can rest easy with your car locked inside our yard.

Neighborhood info

Just around the corner is a beautiful gastronomica (outdoor food court). There is also a famous seafood vendor on the beach with the most amazing clams au gratin, ceviche and so much more delicious mariscos. Not to mention the The malecon is perfect for a daily walk, bike ride or to sit and view the ocean. Many vendors pass by with elotes, botanas (snacks), dulces (candy) and souvenirs. We are also within walking distance to practical amenities such as groceries, pharmacies etc... We are only a 5 minute drive to the macro plaza (main shopping center)(in the shopping center is a theater, many clothing stores, restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, Starbucks and more. We are located at the local surfing beach so if you want to learn, lessons are available near by.
