This gorgeous custom home is set back from the beach with views of the jungle and the beach from the vanishing edge infinity pool in the living room. A fully stocked kitchen is available for your use and maid service is included. Delicious breakfasts and dinners can be arranged from our chef and caretaker Reyna who is the best cook in town accommodating vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets. Some of her popular breakfasts include Huevos Rancheros, Breakfast burritos, Omelets, French Toast, Pancakes, Huevos a la Mexicana, and Chilequiles. She makes fabulous breakfast potatoes and freshly prepared seasonal fruit. Favorite dinner choices include Chile Rellenos, Fajitas, Tamales, Tacos, Fresh Fish, Lobster, Shrimp and Enchiladas. The home is 2.7 kms north of Troncones on an essentially private beach with a 300 meter private walking path to the beach. Our spectacular views are from the completely open second story with travertine marble floors throughout. This is where the Infinity pool is located in the living room with comfortable seating and built in couches and hammocks. So much room for resting and relaxing. Bird and whale watching is exquisite!!! The top floor is the incredibly private master suite with white marble flooring, private balcony and oceanview outdoor shower. Downstairs are two extra-large guest bedrooms. Each has a private entrance and bathroom with shower. Both rooms have several beds of varying sizes. all of the bed rooms are air conditioned. The guest rooms open onto an enormous covered patio that is surrounded by amazing flowers and plants!
