It is a true pleasure to offer this experience—a place I have built over several years, carefully attending to every detail to provide maximum comfort and all the amenities needed to meet our guests’ expectations. With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, my team and I are committed to making your stay truly unforgettable.

Property info

The residence is a four-story building. All suites are located on the first and second floors, and three suites offer sea views. The third floor features a lounge and a solarium, along with a private heated jacuzzi, where the maximum temperature is 90–92 °F (32–33 °C), perfect for unwinding while enjoying the fantastic view of La Paz Bay. The residence has an elevator. All suites are equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the floors are made of wood. As part of the property, we have two lovely kittens (Luna and Camila). They are very friendly and part of the home’s charm, so we kindly ask our guests to be gentle and considerate with them.

The residence is located 2 blocks from a promenade. City center are a few blocks. The location is perfect and you can reach all best restaurants by walking. The nearest market is 5 blocks away. the area are very secure.
