Property info

Our condo is located in Building E, which is the closest building to the Ocean. You are truly right on the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez. All of the photos of the pools and the beach are taken from the condo and accurately portray some of the amazing views surrounding you during your stay. Additionally, our condo has recently gone through a complete remodel with the goal of keeping the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort, yet adding the modern-day conveniences necessary to make your stay more enjoyable. Some of the many upgrades include Free high-speed WiFi internet, USB charging ports in all rooms, HD TV's, DirecTV, Netflix, Bluetooth Stereo System, and Keyless Entry.
