Vincent, Steve, and Colleen are next-door neighbors in Oro Valley (Tucson area) and have been good friends for over fifteen years. Vincent wears several hats - supervisor of mining operations in multiple states, property development and management (Arizona, New Mexico, and Mississippi), and his favorite role - dad to a wonderful daughter. Steve and Colleen, married for 37 years and parents to three wonderful adults, recently retired - Steve from a career in laboratory equipment and Colleen as a science teacher. Vincent has been a frequent visitor to Puerto Penasco for more than 40 years and has loved its charm and beauty as well as the friendliness of the people that is found throughout the town. Steve and Colleen were “late comers” to Puerto Penasco, their first visit in 2021. But once experienced “all things Rocky Point”, they were hooked and it was just a matter where to put down roots. The choice of Sonoran Sea Resort, with its array of amenities, Sandy Beach location, and spectacular views fulfilled everything we could have hoped.

There are over 5 restaurants and bars within walking distance such as Ramone's (on-site), Changos, Banditos, Garufa, Sonoran Grill, and Pizzeria as well as shops in the Majestic Marketplace!

There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance such as Garufa Steakhouse, Banditos, and Changos- all located just outside the gates for great music and happy hour! There is also the delicious Sonoran Grill (next door at Sonoran Spa) and the onsite restaurant, Restaurant de Ramon, that will deliver to your room! The Majestic Market Place has an upscale boutique, wine lounge, pharmacy, and a souvenir shop! Taxis are available just outside the gates for a night out on the town! Ley's grocery store, Sam's Club, and a new Walmart are within a ten minute drive if you are in the mood to cook. And, there is a convenience store and coffee bar on the premises as well. The on-site concierge is happy to help you with directions and reservations for many fun activities from fishing charters, Sunset Cruises, to a private chef to cook for you in the condo! Walking Sandy Beach with its many tide pools to explore is a must-do. Keep a lookout for dolphins that swim by on a regular basis and whales visit in the winter!
