IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. Keep in mind we provide a limited supply of essentials like soap and toilet paper to get you started. You’ll have to pack or purchase other items, like shampoo, bath gel, etc., if needed. Electricity is included in short-term stays but not included for long-term stays over 28 nights. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor public areas for security and safety reasons only. Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control. We don't provide any streaming credentials.
