WELCOME! To this lovely brand new Town House is located in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Perfect for Workstation. We have fiber optic for our INTERNET WiFi with 50 MBPS. The property Tannah (tannahluxuryrental dot com) is in a complex surrounded by lovely trees ( hard to find in Merida) a big and pretty garden, a swimming pool which you will find refreshing at the end of the day. Also next to the pool there’s a Palapa where you can have a drink, read a book or just relax. The design of this Town House is unique in Merida because is was built to make you feel in a Tropical Retreat. In your private roof garden you can enjoy your morning or afternoons. It has 2 lovely and very comfortable bedrooms with a full bathroom each. It has a open fully equipped kitchen next to the dining room. The house has a direct access to the pool, garden and main Palapa.

The house is just 1.5 km away from Prolongacion Paseo Montejo (it’s the main avenue that takes you Down Town in only 15 minutes drive). Its seven blocks away from one of the biggest Shopping Center (Mall) called Gran Plaza with a very big Supermarket (Soriana) and several Restaurants. The Mayan Museums (Gran Museo del Mundo Maya) is around 2 km away If you like to get a tan or just a sum bathe. Progreso beach is 30 minutos away from the rental.
