Vincent, Steve, and Colleen are next-door neighbors in Oro Valley (Tucson area) and have been good friends for over fifteen years. Vincent wears several hats - supervisor of mining operations in multiple states, property development and management (Arizona, New Mexico, and Mississippi), and his favorite role - dad to a wonderful daughter. Steve and Colleen, married for 35 years and parents to three wonderful adults, recently retired - Steve from a career in laboratory equipment and Colleen as a science teacher. Vincent has been a frequent visitor to Puerto Penasco for more than 40 years and has loved its charm and beauty as well as the friendliness of the people that is found throughout the town. Steve and Colleen were “late comers” to Puerto Penasco, their first visit earlier this year. But once experienced “all things Rocky Point”, they were hooked and it was just a matter where to put down roots. The choice of Sonoran Sea Resort, with its array of amenities and spectacular views from our penthouse condo, fulfilled everything we could have hoped.

Views make the most of the location, close to the city's Marina, and lighthouse topped hill above the Malecon. Watch as shrimp and fishing boats , as well as dolphins enter and exit the harbor. There is a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove, coffee maker and a prep sink as well. In the bathroom you encounter a spacious walk-in shower, complimented by an elegant vanity. This has two custom sinks, custom lighting, and a large mirror on the granite backsplash.
