Tulsayab is a privileged location offering tranquility and privacy, two features too often lost today in the chaos of Caribbean shores. Pollution by sound or traffic simply does not exist, making Tankah Bay a much-envied oasis. The uniqueness of the waters in Tankah Bay is that they are in direct communication with the ocean, only a few hundred meters away. This is why it represents a “must” for every excursionist. The condo has been built in this magical environment conceived to be in absolute symbiosis with nature. In the ocean, one can dive in an immense natural swimming pool, with waters that are always calm and crystal clear, created by the coral reef, only a few hundred meters from the shoreline.

Tankah Bay is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe and explore the exotic underwater life. A quiet and peaceful place in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Tulsayab offers 5 indipendent beachfront apartments with private beach and outdoor pool. All apartments are equipped with fully-fitted kitchen, air conditioning, safe box, SMART TV + Netflix, fiber optic internet connection (50mbps), work table, charging station, free daily housekeeping.

A unique characteristic of the residence, is its outside space. The private beach extends for 40m on the shoreline and on it are private sunbeds for each apartment. From them, the marvel of the ocean crystalline waters of Tankah can be admired in complete privacy. The entire structure is immersed in the tropical vegetation that has been purposely left untouched and beautifully landscaped in its common spaces. The modern and enticing architecture, as well as every common space have been developed to be in symbiosis with the tropical nature of the location. A refined deck is applied to every outside space and fits in properly with the white coral sand. The element that provides the unique flavor of the place is water, present everywhere, from the sophisticated entrance to the elegant swimming-pool with an “infinity effect” and the crystal clear Caribbean waters.
