Designed by Architect Maria Jose Osorio with the spirit of Tulum in mind, this unique oceanfront Villa is only a few minutes driving from Tulum's night life. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the turquoise water of the Caribbean, it is an ideal gathering place for friends, family and special occasions. Daily cleaning included (except Sundays&Holidays). Chef service by request available. Backup electric generator for the whole Villa including A/C.
Hello, I am Majo and love to travel. I am an Architect and I like to share Casa Xuul Tulum with people that likes to travel, comfort, design and the Beach vibes! Our staff will provide daily cleaning of the villa as well as the changing of bedding every third day, you will have housekeeping everyday Mon-Sat, except Sundays/holidays. Feel free to ask Victor, your in-site concierge for more customized requests, or just enjoy your stay and relax!
We are located in a gated community where most properties are beach houses, condos and a few boutique hotels. We are about 15 min driving from Tulum down town.
