Designed by Architect MaJo Webb with the spirit of Tulum in mind, this unique oceanfront Villa is only a few minutes driving from Tulum's night life. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the turquoise water of the Caribbean, it is an ideal gathering place for friends, family and special occasions. Daily cleaning included (except Sundays&Holidays). Chef service by request available. Backup electric generator for the whole Villa including A/C.
Hello, I am Majo and love to travel. I am an Architect and I like to share Casa Xuul Tulum with people that likes to travel, comfort, design and the Beach vibes! Our staff will provide daily cleaning of the villa as well as the changing of bedding every third day, you will have housekeeping everyday Mon-Sat, except Sundays/holidays. Feel free to ask our concierge for more customized requests, or just enjoy your stay and relax!
Our villa is located within a gated community with security at the community entrance. The area is primarily composed of beach houses, condominiums, and a few boutique hotels. We are located in Tulum at Tankah Bay. You can find us on maps as Casa Xuul Tulum
