Unahil Tucha (Home of the Spider Monkey), a waterfront, modern, spacious, comfortable, fully equipped house surrounded by tropical forest and the best of the Caribbean. Built in 2016, it sits on a bluff overlooking pristine Laguna Bacalar in a secure gated community in most exclusive deveopment in the area.
Our co-host lives close to the condominium and is available to help and guide our guests during working hours. Guest have the option to contact him via phone call, message or email.
The property is part of a condominium called Wild Life Lagoon, an ecological reserve. This community of property owners places major focus on conservation of the lagoon and jungle environment. This means that in this house you enjoy true and pure wild life. It also means that you as visitor will have a responsibility to maintain and take care of your surroundings, both flora and fauna. We as house owners and members of this community follow and seek to enforce strict rules related to environment conservation. As guests of this house you will be provided with guidelines related to recycling, driving, animal protection, use of common areas, among others. There is no public transportations options. The house parking space can accommodate 4 to 5 cars.
