UtopiAmar is managed as an ecological and sustainable project, built using natural and locally sourced materials, equipped with a biodigester system, and designed with deep respect for the environment. Surrounded by palm trees and mangroves, it is a peaceful and natural place to disconnect and relax. Important: Kitchen Information Please note that not all rooms have a private kitchen. Oceanfront Suites (2 units) → Each suite has a private kitchenette. Oceanfront Rooms in the Main House (3 rooms) → These rooms have a private bathroom and terrace, but share one fully equipped kitchen and living area with the other rooms in the main house. Tiny House (Garden Unit) → Private bathroom and terrace, no kitchen and no ocean view. Entire house rentals include full kitchen access.
