Our goal has always been to offer our guests something truly special: a small utopia — a place to disconnect, rest, and find peace. We are passionate about sharing the unique experience of staying on an unspoiled beach, surrounded by nature and breathtaking ocean views. UtopiAmar is managed as an ecological and sustainable project, built using natural and locally sourced materials, equipped with a biodigester system, and designed with deep respect for the environment. UtopiAmar is our passion. We care about every detail, attend to our guests’ needs, and aim to make everyone feel at home, so their stay is peaceful, authentic, and truly memorable

UtopiAmar is a true oceanfront property located directly on the beach of Agua Blanca, offering uninterrupted Pacific Ocean views and direct beach access. Surrounded by palm trees and mangroves, it is a peaceful and natural place to disconnect and relax. Important: Kitchen Information Please note that not all rooms have a private kitchen. Oceanfront Suites (2 units) → Each suite has a private kitchenette. Oceanfront Rooms in the Main House (3 rooms) → These rooms have a private bathroom and terrace, but share one fully equipped kitchen and living area with the other rooms in the main house. Tiny House (Garden Unit) → Private bathroom and terrace, no kitchen and no ocean view. Entire house rentals include full kitchen access. We kindly ask guests to carefully review the room type before booking to ensure it matches their expectations.
