Located right in the city center, our small boutique-style property offers a peaceful stay just a short walk from everything. We are only 2 minutes on foot from the main tourist street and around 5 minutes from the central park, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The property has only 5 rooms, which allows us to offer a more personal and attentive experience. All rooms are duplex-style: on the first floor guests will find a private kitchen area and bathroom with shower and toilet, while the bedroom is located upstairs. Two of the rooms also feature a small balcony and two double beds, making them ideal for up to 4 guests. Although we are in the heart of the city, the rooms are located at the back of the property, which helps create a calm environment and a restful night’s sleep. Guests can also enjoy our garden with lavender and a fig tree, adding a special and cozy touch to the stay. We work in a mini-hotel format, so we do not have a 24-hour reception desk. However, because of our small size, we are able to offer a more individual approach to each guest. We are always happy to help with local tips and recommendations to make your stay more enjoyable. Important note: all rooms have stairs inside, as the bedroom is located on the second floor.

The neighborhood offers easy access to the central park, local museums, and the traditional Santa Lucía area, allowing guests to explore the city comfortably on foot while staying in a quieter street away from the busiest flow of visitors.
