All 16 villas have two separate bedrooms, each with its own balcony and private bathroom, as well as living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Its spacious terrace with tropical garden view is a great place to hangout during the day or evening. There are three AC units in the Villas and high speed internet within the whole complex. Aqua Viva also includes a large pool and gym. Our guests have free access to the Cayuco Maya Beach Club. This club is located close to our villas, about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive (there is free parking available at the beach club). The beach club has a restaurant and the option to rent kayaks. The restaurant closes at 6 PM. Our guests have access to Cayuco Maya beach club free of charge as long as you order something in the restaurant or bar. In case Cayuco Maya is hosting an event, our guests have access to another beach club under the same conditions. The only difference is that this club is not within walking distance from the villas but is located in Bacalar. Guests in the complex can use the laundry service for an additional fee. We will be happy to share local recommendations. Please note: We rent the villas to individual guests and do not operate as a standard hotel, so we do not offer daily housekeeping. For a fee of 30 pesos, it is possible to rent extra towels, exchange towels for clean ones, or borrow beach towels.

Aqua Viva complex is located 5 minutes from a very nice and quite local lagoon club Cayuco Maya, where you can rent kayaks, hire a sailing boat or just enjoy the crystal clear waters of Bacalar. In about 15 minutes of driving you can reach Bacalar town, in 45 minutes you can drive to the beautiful beaches on the Caribbean coast of Mahahual and If you are feeling adventures the boarders of Belize are just 40 minutes away. There are also many archeological sites near by, as well as countless free-time activities on the lagoon. Please note: We are not in the town center of Bacalar; we are a 15-minute drive from downtown. To reach the property, you need to drive along a forest road ( 600 m), which is accessible by any type of car - SUV is not necessary.
