Alfredo and I have been in Vacation Rentals in Mazatlan since 2008. Being a interracial couple we bring the best of both worlds to our rentals. All the beauty of Mexico with the comforts of Canada. We love this business and strive to help people have the best vacations possible

Property info

This property contains two apartments. A one bedroom on the bottom floor and a two bedroom above. The bottom apartment has a large kitchen and living room area, two beds and a sofa cama. Sleeps 7 comfortably. The upstairs apartment also has a full kitchen, two bedrooms with two beds in each one. Sleeps 8 comfortably. It also has a washer/dryer and a beautiful rooftop patio. The patio is not shared with the downstairs apartment. Many families come in and rent both apartments. The location is really good. You are less then a minutes walk to the beach, very close to the Centro Market, Plaza Machado and a bus route

Neighborhood info

This home is less then a minutes walk to the ocean and the Malacon. There are several beaches close by. Within a few minutes walk you will find several parks, the downtown center, many stores and restaurants. The fishermans market is three blocks away and Plaza Machado is a 10 min walk.
