Enjoy this large 3 bedroom condominium at the Sonoran Sea Resort. Expansive views of the sea and city lights, over the well-manicured grounds and pools of the Resort. The waves are just a short trip from your condo, as is all of the fun that Rocky Point has come to be known for. Explore beyond the Resort at the town's Malecon - great for people watching, enjoying fun bars, and a trip to the seafood market for the daily catch. Security Deposit Policy: There is a damage security deposit of 300 USD during Semana Santa/Easter Weekend and Spring Break (from March through April 10th), and 200 USD for the rest of the year. The deposit can be left in cash or by credit card at the time of arrival. Please note that credit card deposits incur a 3 percentage processing fee.
