Yum Balam is a brand new condominium located in Punta Cocos, the most quiet part of the island. Our location is perfect to enjoy the magic of the island in a more peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and tourism at the island center. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets straight from your balcony and private rooftop terrace/pool and an almost private turquoise shallow water beach which is just steps away from the apartment. This property is a 2 bedroom penthouse with private rooftop and plunge pool, ideal for families, couples or group of friends who want to have a lovely and relaxing vacation and for guests who want to connect with nature, enjoy the sound of birds and contemplate beautiful susnets. The perfect setting for an amazing getaway. 50 megas Starlink internet per apartment. Connectivity won´t be an issue here.
