Property info

Welcome to our vacation home! Yum Balam building is located in Punta Cocos, the most quiet part of the Island. Our location is perfect to enjoy the magic of the island in a more peaceful atmoshpehere away from the hustle and tourism at the island center. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets straight from your balcony and an almost private turquoise shallow water beach which is just steps away from the apartment. Starlink wifi up to 50 megas, connectivity won´t be an issue here!

Neighborhood info

We are located in the west end of the island in a very quiet and peaceful area called Punta Cocos, no neighbors around and where you can walk out your door to the beach just steps away. We personally love and enjoy this quiet side of the island and we are sure you will love it as well. New restaurants/bars in the area if you desire. We will share recommendations. Some restaurants around have free delivery service to your property!
