Cozy, easy access, and value for money. Apartment with basic facilities, you can fit up to 7 adult people at a very affordable price. One dedicated parking lot and can park car with surrounding areas. My unit facilities: •Aircond & ceiling fans every rooms & living room •Water heater in all toilets •Astro channels (including sports, cartoon & movies) •Laundry •Kitchen utensils •Wifi & Netflix Apartment Facilities : •Surau (Mosque) •Parking at a roadside •Playground •Multipurpose area.
Friendly and easy going. The entire apartment except the locked room (s). Available from 9am -9pm for whatsapp and call, after that whatsapp will do unless emergency.
