Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Jalan York is a road in the outer suburb of George Town, which connects Jalan Scotland to Jalan Dato Keramat. It has existed under its present name since the turn of the 20th century, though it was known as St Andrews Road as early as 1804. Along this road you can still see old properties like Hong Chuan Buddhist Institute, Penang State Secretary Residence, Union High School and Masjid Jalan York.
