First of all, the condo is a stone's throw away from my favorite university in Sarawak, UNIMAS. And it is 5 minutes drive away from a prominent shopping mall, Summer Mall. Location wise, it can't get any better. Secondly, my apartment has a digital lock. There's no need to look back to check whether you lock the door when you leave. And to fumble for keys when you want to enter. Last but not least, we will have convenience stores right at the ground floor soon. Hopefully, an eatery as well. Fingers crossed.
