IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. Our check in time is after 3pm and check out time is by 11am. It is strictly fixed due to our cleaning schedule arrangement. A nearby cafe operates late into the night, ensure you are comfortable with potential noise before booking, no refund will be considered for complaints regarding noise House rules: - The kitchenette is only intended for simple food heating or light meal preparation, please kindly skip this place if you plan to cook with oil or require extensive cooking. - No Smoking - Please use white towel only for body drying and take care to avoid leaving any stains on it - Kindly dispose food waste properly to help prevent pests.
