Natol Property operate in kuching.There are several homestays in it,while it has spread its wings to Johor,one of the chosen destinations.There are several areas that we cover for you to stay,travel a lot so we know what a homestay is like,of course we treat customers as well according to the situation and the homestay they choose.I went through quite a lot of experience so I know a little about homestay & it made me want to establish a homestay.

A tastefully built and decorated single storey terrace house at no. 1348 A, Bayor Bukit, Taman Tabuan Jaya, kuching Sarawak, Malaysia. It consists of five (4 ) queen rooms, one (1) king bed room, two (2) single bed rooms. It's Good for a bigger family of twelve (12) guests. For entire home we give as low as rm 499.00 per night. However, we accept flexible semi entire home in the following manners subject to low season : A). Three (3) room type is rm 199.00 per night. B). Four (4) room type is rm 288.00 per night. C). Seven (7) room type is rm 499.00 per night. Home amenity : in full. Due to popular requests and we care for the growing numbers of our valued guests that we'r now ready the following On rent items : Wheelchairs, commode aids, bedsore prevention mattress, walking frame, adjustable hospital and 台湾原始点推荐使用的 ： recommanded by Taiwan yuan Shi Dian ( Accupunture points medicine) ： Taiwan heat patches : red bean compress, Sea salt heat patches etc. (T&C applied) Note of our unique conveniences : 1. This area located : LOT 6475, 1348A, Lorong Bayor Bukit 10 Tabuan Jaya PH4, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak. The Total of the Rooms :7 rooms in one unit. Homestay opening hours from 2PM-8PM .If the guests have requests before check in or check in time related ,must inform homestay staff through whatsapp / call for smooth check in procedure . All procedure will be guide after security deposit ,payment are done .
