1 bedroom studio suite is brand new(established on Dec 2016) My place is close to Penang Georgetown, TESCO E-Gate, Sunshine Supermarket, Kapal sigh drive, Penang 1st bridge with 5-10mins drive and 5mins walking distance to famous Friday night market. With lot of restaurant, electrical shop, 24hours 7-11 store and more...at the premise. There is also convenient for public transport like Rapid bus, UBER, Grab and taxi. My place is good for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. New studio suite pool view in town are located on Jelutong in Georgetown Penang. Guest can park his car at secured indoor parking lot with access card provided when check in. Good view from balcony, you able to view swimming pool, Penang Bridge, Komtar, Town view, seaview..... Guest can be able to access by card on 9th floor for the suite facilities of the following, # swimming pool # jacuzzi pool # steam room # Children playground # BBQ area # outdoor exercise equipment # healthy stone floor walking way # Gym room (air conditioning and fan) # Games room # Reading room (air-conditioning)
