This is a cosy 1 1/2 storey bungalow corner lot which has a surrounding garden with flower boxes, fruit trees & a vegetable/herbal corner. There is a porch with outdoor seating area and a comfortable swing. Recycling is strongly encouraged. There is a new flat screen television, two door fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, iron & ironing board, rice cooker, kettle, toaster cooking stove with cooking hood & built in kitchen cabinet. provided. All three bedrooms have air-condition plus a fan in each.
Malay & English is spoken. A lot of effort has been put in to make this an enjoyable stay with a complimentary welcome food & drink basket provided. A children"s table with 4 chairs, and a congkak set (Traditional game) is provided.
It is friendly neighbourhood with nearby children's playground & also surau that holds Friday prayers. Shops are within walking distance (grocery, dhoby, restaurant, car service & tyre centre). Centres of higher learning (KUIS, USIM & UKM) are nearby. The new BANGI WONDERLAND is 1 km away.
