Penginapan yang sangat selesa dengan lokasi yang strategik, walking distance ke Pantai Teluk Lipat Dungun dan juga pelbagai kedai. Dekat dengan banyak institusi Pendidikan di Dungun, UiTM Dungun, Politeknik Dungun, IMTIAZ, Pulapol. Ada 4 bilik, 2 bilik air, 4 unit aircond, 1 unit water heater in shower room.
