It was a great pleasure to host you as our guest. Hope you enjoy the stay and you are always welcome to provide feedback for our improvement. Just an introduction of myself, I was in accounting field who has since left the field to pursue my passion in property investment and management. Realizing that greater value could be generated from managing my own properties, I started by renting out my friends and family's properties for a start... I enjoy furnishing and homestyling the unit, servicing and communicating with guests. It brings the highest job satisfaction that I never had. Managing the properties is like a dream come true and a dream job that is enjoyable and meaningful. It will be a pleasure to see my guests enjoy their stay and will be coming back to my unit again. Residensi Troika is the latest high-end and highest service apartment in Kota Bharu. Sits at the corner of Jalan Sultan Ibrahim and Jalan Mahmood, located opposite of Perdana hotel and right in the middle of Kota Bharu town. It is a 37th storey serviced apartment, with condominium facility consisting of infinity pool for adult , childrens pool, fitness centre or gym, childrens playground, BBQ pit, multipurpose hall, playdeck etc. It also has sun deck to those who love to sun bath. There is a roof top garden with BBQ pit and outdoor gym equipment at the highest floor, overseeing Kota Bharu town. We have 1 bedoom and 2 bedrooms apartment with 1 bathroom. It is fully air-conditioned, and bathroom provided hot shower, bath gel and shampoo. Bed linen and towel is provided as well. Fridge, jug kettle, microwave oven, hair dryer and ironing facility is provided. Other home appliance is provided upon request and subjected to availability. Drinking water, and tea is FOC
