Dear Guests, Welcome to Summerset Guesthouse. Summerset Guesthouse is a double storey intermediate corner house with 4 bedrooms. This guesthouse can accomodate up to 10 persons. The parking space can fit 4 cars if parking properly. We do provide shampoo & shower gel for your stay. Towel is upon request as some guest mind to share towels. Don’t forget to pack your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as we don’t provide those. As this is a homestay-style accommodation, daily cleaning and towel changes aren’t included—but if you need extra cleaning, we’re happy to help for a small fee! Please take care of the hygiene of this guesthouse. You have to make sure the tidiness & collect all the garbages & throw them in the big bin before check out. ❰ Check-In/Out❱ Standard Check-in: anytime after 3:00 pm (Early check-in charges are RM100 per hour, subject to availability) Standard Check-out: before 12.00 am (Late check-out charges are RM100 per hour, subject to availability). We provide Washing Machine, Drying rack, Hangers. ❰ SECURITY DEPOSIT ❱ No security deposit is required. Guests will only be charged in the event of damage to furniture, stubborn stains on our linen or towels, carpets, rugs, sofas, chairs, or paintings. ❰ EXTRA CLEANING ❱ Extra cleaning can be arranged with an extra charge. Feel free to contact us to arrange extra cleaning session. Friendly reminder : Please clean your plates/kitchen utensil before check out. This property is in a bit rural area because it is situated at Kota Samarahan but very close to mall called Summer Mall & Aiman Mall. It is also close to many education institute like local University such as UNIMAS, UiTM Kota Samarahan, IPGKTAR (Institut Perguruan Kampus Tun Abdul Razak Kota Samarahan), & Institut Latihan Perindustrian Kota Samarahan. This guesthouse also serves for family who want to celebrate their family passing out ceremony at PULAPOL Kuching & Pusat Latihan Kesihatan Semenggok. This guesthouse always be the option for family from station like Miri, Bintulu, Sibu, Sarikei, Limbang & Lawas when they have family who want to get consultation at Insitut Jantung Kota Samarahan. This guesthouse also is just 5 minutes from Indoor Stadium Kota Samarahan. Next will be very close to Rembus ART Station, Kota Samarahan new Boulevard & future new international Airport. Petronas station also is just 5 minutes drive! You may find HALAL food easily here & everything is just around. So sit back & relax.
