Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Welcome to a unique duplex condo in the heart of Georgetown's famous Gurney Drive. Located at 68, Sunrise Gurney, Persiaran Gurney ,Georgetown . This homestay-allowed property places you steps away from one of Penang's most popular waterfront stretches, frequented by tourists and locals alike.This grand duplex suite features with 2 Bedrooms design offering breathtaking panoramic sea and city views. You will have the entire space to yourself, ensuring full privacy (this is not a room-sharing unit). Upstairs come with 2 bedrooms and 1 share bathroom. Bedroom 1 : 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single Sofa Bed , 1 Floor Mattress ,Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed , 1 Single Bed . Downstairs (Common Area): Living area with 1 Sofa Bed, a Dining Area, 1 bathroom, and a modern &functional kitchen. All rooms, including the living and dining areas, are equipped with air conditioning. The living room downstairs includes a sofa and a TV with TV Box. **Kitchen Notes:** The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. Please note: 1. The built-in oven is **not available for use**. 2. For safety reasons, there is **no gas hob**. We provide a portable electric induction cooker suitable for preparing instant noodles, heating food, or light meals.
