Sunshine House
We are an adult-only budget guesthouse. Our building is an old colonial building. We do have a lovely spacious roof terrace for guests to relax and chill at night. We provide free usage of washing machine with detergent, complimentary coffee and other amenities like microwave oven, filtered water machine, clothes iron and refrigerator. It is mandatory to pay sales tax 8% and tourism tax of MYR10 per room per night in addition to the room charges at our property. We only accept cash payment for the total room charges. We are a budget guesthouse operating in an old colonial building. Thus we only welcome guests who are respectful and understand the way and manners of staying in a guesthouse and appreciate the facts about us. Please look elsewhere if you are looking for full fledged hotel and luxury service, as we dont provide that when you are just paying the price of a budget accomodation.
Never perfect, always genuine.
The property is very near to the famous Goddess of Mercy Temple. Little India, Esplanade Fort Cornwallis and Armenian Street and many others murals are within walking distance.
