A fully-furnished, 2-storey terrace house with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an onsite fenced & covered carport (park at your own risk). This house is strictly an accommodation for family (not for friends of different genders), and is a cigarette SMOKE-FREE, VAPING-FREE, PET-FREE, ALCOHOL-FREE and PORK-FREE property, in order to protect both host and guests' racial and religious sensitivities. Equipped with remote auto-gate, free WiFi, 4 air-conditioners, smoke detectors, security alarm system, washer, ironing, Astro Super Pack, refrigerator, water filter, microwave, etc. We do provide one towel/bedroom and complimentary coffee/tea. It is COMPULSORY for the main guest to complete a Google Form shared link within 24-hour after the booking in order to comply with our T&C, failure to do so may result in a cancellation. HGH2 allows accommodation of 12 people at the maximum: (1) 1x King bed + 1 queen-sized sofa bed (master bedroom, aircond), (2) 1x Queen bed + 1x Sofa bed (single-sized) in 2nd bedroom (aircond), (3) 1x Queen bed + 1x Sofa bed (single-sized) in 3rd bedroom (aircond), (4) 1x Sofa bed (twin-sized) at the living hall downstair, and (5) 1x double-sized bed in 4th bedroom downstairs with ceiling fan. Only 2 extra guests are allowed to stay on top of the original max limit of 12 guests with an additional charge of RM30/pax/night (extra bed and bedlinens provided).

HGH2 is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Persiaran Seksyen 5/10, Bandar Putra Bertam, Kepala Batas 13200, Pulau Pinang.
