Welcome to our newest luxurious apartment with amazing sea view located at Level 40. This is probably one of the best spots in town, gaze out from the balcony on the high floor for entire Gurney Drive (many calls it as Millon Dollar Seaview) views that take the breath away. In the morning, the entire house will be breezed by the natural sunlight, you wake up to awe-inspiring sunrises in the East viewing from every windows. The condo itself is just few mins to Gurney Plaza and Island Plaza. In living room, there are 2 air-conditioners, balcony with great panoramic seaview and 2 outdoor relax chairs and 1 table, 1 comfortable sofa with 3 additional fancy style armchairs, big screen TV with 4th generation Apple box, 100Mbps fiber high-speed Wifi, designer coffee table, and carpet. In kitchen and dining area, total the dining set for 6, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, kettle, kitchenware/utensils, and more. Also we do supply complimentary toiletries including toilet papers, shampoo, and body wash, and even hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
