A semi D unit can accommodate up to 6 pax maximum with air conditioning master bedroom and living hall. Located at the heart of Bandar Seri Iskandar, perak where UiTM, UTP, IKBN, Navy base and other major landmarks are within 5km radius. If you are visiting for a Convocation or attending an event nearby, this unit is most convenient to live at for a short stay. All food banks are nearby (KFC, McD, Pizza Hut etc)
