Security Deposit Policy
The refundable security deposit will be returned within 7 working days after check-out via online bank transfer, subject to the terms and conditions set by Villa Kiambang. The deposit will only be refunded if there is no damage, loss, or violation of house rules during the stay, and the property is returned in good condition.
Note: Cleaning fees are non-refundable.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
A damage deposit of MYR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
