Our place is close to My place is close to the beach, PD Waterfront, Town Centre, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of The exquisitely design, private and relaxing retreat with modern & contemporary architectural concept.. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Basically we have several units of 2 rooms semi detached Villa plus 3 suites room in a guarded and fended compound. Me and my family is using the bigger unit as our weekend home. In this compound , we have a swimming pool, open dining lounge area for breakfast & resting. A garden with swing chair is available for kids to enjoy. To ensure a more private and secure environment for our guests. Our Villa only allow invited & registered guest to come in. A security card access will be provided for guest to enter our compound. Cooking is not allow in the Villa but Steamboat is allow and guest have to bring thier own kits. The central Kitchen can be borrow for cooking.

Neighborhood info

Our Villa just 10-15min walking distance to the nearest beach. ANd we are close to Town Centre too. PD Waterfront is only 5min drive. We are also very close to some local famous restaurant. I mean 'local ' and those those restaurant for the tourist.

Children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

All children under 10 years are charged MYR 40 per night for extra beds.
