This includes birthday parties, weddings, and any other function and/or event. Aloha 5 can accommodate a maximum of 20 people. No outside guests or people from neighbouring houses are permitted to gather or have meals at Aloha 5.

We are all about making sure that our guests experience the best possible stay while at our Villa. 6 luxuriously appointed, air-conditioned units with direct access to the beach. No 5 Aloha is the perfect option for those with a large family or group of friends with a more discerning taste. The views are breathtaking and the floor-to-ceiling windows of the spacious suites and entertainment area exploit this wonderfully. With 100 meters of beach frontage, numerous viewing decks, and an outdoor lounge are positioned close to the beach. The private rooms all lead by a walkway to the entertainment area and look out over the warm Indian Ocean. Our Villa is located an approximately 30-minute drive from the Kosi Bay border, in the Aloha Estate The road leading to Aloha No 5 is a sandy road and accessible by vehicles with a 2×4 diff lock configuration or a 4×4 vehicle. Alternatively, an hour and 15-minute drive from the Maputo airport in a hired car. The outdoor entertainment comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, complete with a wood-burning pizza oven. The outdoor bar, complete with an industrial ice machine, overlooks the 8m circular, rim flow pool with a water feature, seating stools in the pool, and an entertainment platform. Pool lounges are supplied for maximum comfort and enjoyment. A big double braai available. There are two large lounge areas, and outdoor dining tables comfortably seating 20. Below the deck is the staff lounge and the Laundry. *Please take note: Under no circumstances is this house allowed to be booked for any function or event whatsoever. This includes birthday parties, weddings, and any other function and/or event. Aloha 5 can accommodate a maximum of 20 people. No outside guests or people from neighbouring houses are permitted to gather or have meals at Aloha 5.* Please be advised that there are no longer any TVs in the rooms. Only 1 TV in the main house, and it has full DSTV.

Kindly be aware that staff are on duty until 4 pm. Guests arriving after this time will need to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in. Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate. The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. The on-site generator is for EMERGENCY use only. Can only do lights, 1 kettle, a TV, and maybe a fridge or 2. NO aircon or Geysers can be run with it. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R3000.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. Staff There is a team of dedicated staff who find real joy in service to their guests Staff tips are not compulsory; however, a gratuity of R25 to R50 per staff member per day is suggested and is to be handed to the Manager. Our Housekeeping and Maintenance staff are truly dedicated and very helpful. Night security is in place every night for peace of mind Staff Hrs are 7 am to 12 pm. Sundays and Mondays Tuesdays - Saturdays – 7 am to 4 pm Our Housekeeping staff will gladly assist with your washing at a rate of R150 per bundle.
