Aloha house number 1 is situated in the beachfront row of houses and has its own private wooden walkway, elevated above the dune vegetation, leading from the private swimming pool directly onto the beach. This house has its own private, built gazebo on the beach and furnished with a table and chairs. Relax under the shady gazebo while watching your kids play on the beach. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 1 living area and has a shabby chic, beach feel with the local input of reeded blinds and natural fabrics. The architectural layout is in such a way that the bedrooms are privately situated from one other. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with linen, bed throws, bedside tables and lamps. 2 Bedrooms are sea-facing and have 1 queen-size bed per bedroom, both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are garden facing and have 1 double and 1 single bed per bedroom, both these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The 4 bathrooms have a shower, basin, and toilet. towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels along. There are ceiling fans above all the beds. This house can sleep 8 adults and 2 children. Each room is equipped with a fan. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room area is situated separately to the bedrooms, have your morning coffee in the living area overlooking the pristine beach and protected marine reserve area without disturbing those wanting to have a late sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a coffee plunger, air fryer, snackwich maker, a 4-hob gas stove with Oven, large fridge/freezer plus a chest freezer, washing machine, and microwave. All you need to bring along is your food, drinks, and drinking water. Outside there is a swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a gas braai. No wood or charcoal braais are allowed due to the thatch roof. Frederico's snorkeling spot is a short 10-minute stroll down the beach. Ensure you take snorkeling gear along!

This house may not be used for any function or event under any circumstances — including birthdays, weddings, parties, or gatherings of any kind. Only the confirmed guests up to the house’s maximum occupancy are allowed on the property; no outside visitors or people from neighbouring houses may join for meals or socialising. No pets, no loud music, and no parties are permitted, and all estate rules must be followed. Quiet hours are 22:00–06:00, and failure to comply will result in a warning. A second offence will lead to full forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and ongoing non-compliance may result in immediate eviction with no refund for unused nights. Kindly be aware that staff are on duty until 4 pm. Guests arriving after this time will need to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in. Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach the Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate. The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT Please take note that there is a R7500 refundable breakage deposit that is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date, depending on breakage/items missing at the house. STAFF TIP There is a full-time housekeeper. She cleans, makes beds, and washes dishes. A compulsory staff tip of R70 per day is to be paid to her on your departure date. This includes your arrival and departure days. There is also a gardener at the house, he can be tipped at your discretion. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure.
