This holiday home is situated on a well-managed housing estate in Ponta Mamoli. Situated on Fredericos Bay snorkeling spot. The beautiful beach house consists of the following: This home has 4 en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, sleeping 8 adults and 4 kids under 12. Bedroom 1 - sea-facing with 1 extra-length king-size bed sleeping 2 adults plus a loft with a queen-size mattress that sleeps 2 children under 12. (en-suite bathroom with shower and bath) and opens onto the swimming pool deck. Bedroom 2 - Inland facing, 2 single extra length beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin (beds can be pushed together). Bedroom 3 - is a loft with 2 single beds. Has a bath, toilet, and hand basin. Bedroom 4 - sea facing with 2 single extra length beds (en-suite bathroom with a shower toilet, and hand basin) sleeping 2 adults. Has a mattress converter to change the bed to a King size. There is a guest bathroom downstairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering; it has an upright fridge freezer combo, toaster, kettle, microwave, Expresso Delta coffee machine, (take your own pods), and gas oven/hob. No washing machine, however, you can ask the staff to hand wash clothing, etc. The lounge area has panoramic sea views. The lounge has a TV no DSTV, however you can stream using the WIFI. There is a shelf with books to utilize should the weather not be great. The living area opens up with sliding doors onto a wooden deck with a sunken swimming pool, overlooking the ocean. The house also boasts a newly built hot tub. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A WOODEN HOUSE. Fire is extremely dangerous and must never be made in an uncontrolled manner. There is an outside shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. There is a braai area that has a built-in charcoal/wood braai. Ensure you bring snorkeling equipment along. Enjoy your stay!

Situated in Mozambique, Ponta Mamoli. **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle, with high ground clearance, to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. We provide wood for your first hot tub session. After that, Stallone will supply wood at R35 per bundle. It is very important not to overheat the hot tub, as excessive heat can cause damage. Please coordinate the lighting of the tub with Stallone, also ask him to direct you to the communal walkway leading down to the beach. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory staff tip of R150 per day this includes your day of arrival and departure. It is payable to the head housekeeper on the day you depart. Working hours are from 7:00 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 12 on Saturdays. If you would like the staff to work Saturday afternoon you need to pay R75 for the afternoon and if you would like her to work on Sundays and Public Holidays then you need to pay her R150 for those days. Her working hours include a 1-hour lunch. The gardener cleans the pool, braai, and outside area, there is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity is always welcome. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is a R4000 refundable breakage deposit, this is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure.
