Bird lovers will also find the area a haven, so don’t forget to bring your bird books and binoculars. The warm ocean waters and pristine, remote beaches create an idyllic setting for a relaxing getaway. The house accommodates up to 13 guests in five well-appointed bedrooms, including a detached en-suite bedroom for added privacy. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, and breathtaking panoramic sea views. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom: one with a queen-size bed and sea views, and the other with two single beds. Another two bedrooms share a separate bathroom: one with a queen-size bed and sea views, and the other furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. A detached building behind the house includes an en-suite bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and fresh linen to ensure a comfortable stay. At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living area, comprising a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for self-catering. This space offers 180-degree sea views and seamlessly opens onto a verandah with comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Frederico’s Bay. Outdoor amenities are designed to enhance your stay. A private rim flow swimming pool features both a kiddies’ section and a larger adult section, with sun loungers perfectly positioned to enjoy the panoramic views.

Smart TV with DSTV online, clients can stream DSTV using their own DSTV account details. **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory staff tip of R210 per day which includes your day of arrival and departure. It is payable to any of the staff members who work at the house on the day you depart. Ensure you have enough Rands cash on your departure date. HOURS OF WORK: Weekdays - 08:00 to 16:00 Weekends and Public Holidays - 08:00 to 14:00 (Midday) WHAT TO BRING Food and Drinks Drinking water Charcoal Toilet Paper * 1 toilet roll is supplied in each bathroom, thereafter please supply your own. ADAPTERS Beach towels All items of a personal nature: ie, soaps, lotions, etc REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is a R6000 refundable breakage deposit, which is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date. EARLY AND LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately.
