The Lookout is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with an absolute beachfront position, untethered from the bustle of everyday life. Cradled in the dunes of the secure estate, Praia Da Rocha. Boasting gun barrel views to the North and South of the magnificent Indian ocean coastline. This is a playground for surfing, fishing, diving, whale watching and endless walks on the beach. If tranquility, seclusion and complete relaxation is what you're after, with attentive staff to make sure your stay is just about perfect, then immerse yourself in the luxury of our home. The main house contains the living areas, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a family bedroom and a separate family bathroom. The cottage contains two bedrooms, both en-suite. The main house and cottage are on the same level joined by wrap around deck. The living area consists of an open plan kitchen and a living room with an additional dining table. Outside there is a covered front deck, a covered gas barbeque and dining area with a large table capable of seating 12 people and the pool. There are decks outside all the rooms and a private sundeck for the cottage. All bedrooms have individual air-conditioning units

Overlooking the marine reserve, the famous rock and the south beach of the estate with its own walkway down to the endless sands and wonderful ocean the house provides a superb base for either the seclusion of a private beach estate holiday, with its own stunning bay, or the excitement of the beach bars, restaurants and stunning sea activities on offer at nearby Tofo and Barra. The house is fully equipped to provide an ideal escape to the Indian Ocean
